Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum
Location
- Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 36 hours per week, days, 3x12-hour shifts with alternating weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide postpartum and mother-baby care to patients in a hospital setting
- Float to similar acuity units as needed to ensure appropriate staffing
- Administer medications, monitor patient recovery, and support new mothers and infants
- Utilize electronic medical records including EPIC system for documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of postpartum nursing experience
- BLS certification
- IV certification and IV start skills
- Experience with labor and delivery (L&D) procedures
- Proficient in EPIC electronic health record system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience
