Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Lancaster, SC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-week contract, Night shift (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a busy hospital ER setting
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform lifesaving interventions as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, procedures, and responses accurately in the electronic medical record
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and adhering to hospital protocols
• Maintain professionalism and compassionate communication with patients and their families
Required Qualifications
• SC nursing license or Compact license in hand prior to start date
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs, including across like units and sister facilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
• TNCC certification is a plus
• Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital environment
• Flexibility for rotating or block scheduling if requested and approved
