Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shift, 10-hour shifts (Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology laboratory procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms and equipment, instruct patients, and monitor patient conditions
- Provide routine and emergency care during procedures
- Contribute to team training and onboarding of new staff
- Support ongoing quality control through auditing and reporting initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or completion of an accredited Radiology or RCIS program
- Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience
- Certification through ARRT-R and MRT through Texas Medical Board or equivalent (e.g., RCIS)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (obtained within 30 days of hire/transfer)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Electrophysiology (EP) procedures experience highly preferred
- Additional certifications such as RCES, CEPS, CCDS, or CSEP are advantageous
