Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Estes Park, CO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, age-specific patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Administer medications accurately following the 7 Rights of medication administration
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately in urgent situations
• Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations to protect patient information
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  Required Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Valid Colorado RN license or multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact
• At least 2 years of professional nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, NRP from the American Heart Association
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and respond to emergencies
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) is a plus
• Experience working in a rural or small hospital emergency department
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
