Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment, Day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric ICU patients in a modern, rural hospital setting
- Collaborate with a team of two or three nurses and a full-time hospitalist physician to deliver quality patient outcomes
- Monitor and respond to patient needs using strong clinical judgment and minimal supervision
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
- Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- At least three years of relevant ICU nursing experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for both adult and pediatric ICU patients
- Familiarity with rural healthcare settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to a modern, fast-paced environment
