Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift, rotating schedule including weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and oversee IV drips and telemetry monitoring.
• Admit and discharge patients, conduct daily rounds with interdisciplinary team, and assist with patient transfers as needed.
• Document patient information using electronic health records (Centriq system).
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Experience with electronic health records and medication dispensing systems such as Pyxis.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a 25-bed Med/Surg unit.
• Ability to work independently when needed, with flexibility for varied shift coverage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
