Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Administer medications, perform procedures such as IV starts, central line dressings, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Monitor and interpret patient data, including ICP and ventilator management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in the Cerner system.
• Float to other pediatric units, such as NICU and general pediatrics, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience
• Must hold an active PALS certification
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric critical care procedures
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Alaris pumps and ventilator management
• Knowledge of pediatric trauma and neonatal intensive care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
