Key Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology procedures such as ablations and device implants, including Watchman and Micra procedures.
• Monitor and pace ablation cases, ensuring proper support during procedures.
• Scrub for ablations and device implantations, maintaining sterile technique.
• Support in patient prep and recovery areas as needed.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and staff in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications

• RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) certification; eligible to sit for RCIS if applicable.
• Advanced skills in scrubbing for ablations and device procedures.
• Ability to monitor and pace during ablation procedures.
• At least 1 year of experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology setting.
• Proficiency with GE Innova, Medtronic Cryoconsole, and Carto Mapping systems.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff.
• Clear, professional communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cryoablation and RF Ablations.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Support in prep/recovery areas beyond procedure room.
• Experience working in a hospital with award-winning cardiovascular programs.
