Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support on the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) lab team.
• Assist with procedures such as LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, and IABP.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment including GE x-ray systems, and utilize documentation systems like Maclab and Meditech.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and unit-specific policies, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Support emergency medication administration and respond effectively during high-acuity cases.
• Maintain a professional appearance in scrubs provided by the facility.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of South Carolina or relevant licensure.
• Cath Lab/EP experience in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of emergency medications and procedures related to cardiac interventions.
• Ability to work 7-9 call days per month, including at least one weekend shift.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with GE x-ray equipment and hospital documentation systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume cardiac cath lab or EP lab environment.
• Experience with new or advanced cardiac technology and procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
