Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.), no remote option
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown units.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care using Epic electronic health record system.
- Support patient recovery and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Float between units or sister facilities as needed within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient needs and unit goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in South Carolina or multi-state/compact license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Epic EHR experience required.
- Patient ratio experience of 1:4.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIHSS certification.
- Experience working in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Ability to work flexible scheduling, including every other weekend.
