Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER setting.
• Monitor and escalate patient conditions while prioritizing patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Manage post-operative spine and ortho patients with a focus on med/surg care.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Experience with spine/ortho post-operative patients, emphasizing med/surg care.
• Ability to work nights and holidays as required.
• Covid vaccinations compliant with state mandates.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous ER nursing experience.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
