Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the ICU, floating across all critical care units, emergency rooms, and step-down areas as needed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately utilizing electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• Support the hospital’s mission to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar-sized healthcare facility, preferably in critical care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
• Ability to float across multiple units, demonstrating flexibility.
• Minimal required time off (RTO).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in ICU, emergency, or step-down units.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit requirements.
