Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering health care services under the supervision of the Nurse and Director of Nursing.
- Provide basic patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Support nursing staff in daily operations within long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license.
- Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and safety protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
