Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and conduct start of care visits for patients in a timely manner
- Supervise and oversee Physical Therapy Assistants
- Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, intake staff, and office personnel
- Ensure mandatory reporting of start of care visits the following day
Required Qualifications
- California Physical Therapist License
- Minimum of one year of Home Health experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with Kinnser documentation system
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with efficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
