Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Nights shift (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, Fri-Sun), 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in various surgical procedures within the operating room, ensuring proper setup and sterile techniques
• Support surgical teams by preparing and maintaining equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Assist with patient positioning and ensure adherence to safety protocols during surgeries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate efficient surgical operations
• Ensure documentation and compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Adapt to floating policies and support other departments as needed

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technology experience
• Broad surgical knowledge across multiple service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• Ability to work night shifts and overtime as required

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Level I trauma center or similar high-acuity environment
• Familiarity with Cerner or equivalent documentation systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
