• Full-time, Day shifts, Outpatient Dialysis unit

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and standards of care.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, including patient and family education.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities.
• Utilize clinical expertise to support continuity of care and patient safety.
• Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and elevate patient experience, escalating issues appropriately.

Required Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Vaccinated for Flu

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient dialysis settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
