- Full-time, night shifts (12-hour nights)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients, including neuro, cardiac, and vascular cases.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient status, ensure safety protocols, and document care activities accurately.
- Support patients and families through education and emotional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience, specifically in ICU settings.
- Experience in high-acuity units such as Neuro ICU or CV ICU.
- Certifications: BLS, ALCS, NIHSS.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in cardiac or neuro ICU beyond 3 years.
- Prior experience with neuro or cardiovascular surgical patients.
