Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Lake Geneva, WI
Schedule / Job Type: Rotating shifts (9a-9p or 12p-12a with weekend rotation)
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to assess and care for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and legal standards.
• Document patient care activities accurately according to established standards.
• Perform assessments, develop, initiate, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Provide patient and family education in accordance with physician instructions and facility policies.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and unit practice activities.
• Apply clinical expertise to support continuity of care across departments.
• Ensure patient safety and quality care by utilizing critical thinking and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Engage in professional development, peer review, and unit decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• TNCC or TNS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous ER nursing experience
• Ability to handle high-stress, fast-paced environments
