• Full-time, Night shifts, 13-week contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage critical care patients in ICU/CCU, including ventilated and multi-system organ failure patients
• Monitor and interpret invasive devices such as FloTrac/Vigileo, arterial lines, and central lines
• Administer and titrate IV medications, including vasopressors, paralytics, sedation, and insulin protocols
• Perform advanced procedures such as chest tube care, wound management, and assisting with invasive procedures
• Interpret ABGs, manage ventilator settings, and provide specialized stroke and hypothermia care
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure patient safety through proper PPE and isolation precautions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of ICU/CCU nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI/VIP certifications
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage complex patient conditions
• Knowledge of invasive monitoring, vent management, and medication titration
• Experience with blood product administration and vascular access procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with CVA/Stroke protocols and hypothermia management
• Familiarity with high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, and CPAP management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment, including float to other units such as Tele or Med Tele

• Must be willing to work holidays and available for the entire 13-week contract period with no first-week RTO
