Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting.
- Float between units as needed based on departmental demands.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care, including delivery and resuscitation procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic charting systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and standby duties, including weekends.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in Level 3 or 4 NICU nursing.
- NICU Charge RN experience and delivery/resuscitation skills.
- Ability to float to different units and facilities.
- Must have reliable transportation for multiple facility assignments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working within short-term acute care hospitals.
- Flexible and adaptable to rotating schedules and floating assignments.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
