Key Responsibilities
- Circulating nurses documenting and providing patient care in the operative setting for various surgical procedures
- Sterile prepping of surgical sites, catheter insertions, opening sterile supplies, and patient positioning
- Setting up and utilizing operating room equipment, including advanced technology such as robotics and navigation systems
- Documenting procedures accurately within electronic health records modeled after EPIC system
- Assisting with neuro and orthopedic procedures, including navigation and specialized equipment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent OR RN experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds, Level 1 trauma center)
- Experience working in an acute facility with multiple OR suites (15+ ORs)
- Proficiency with robotic surgery (DaVinci preferred) and navigation technologies
- Valid BLS certification
- RN licensure in ND or a Compact license
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong background in neuro and orthopedic procedures
- Experience working in facilities with similar equipment such as cautery, lasers, laparoscopic, arthroscopy, and Stealth navigation
- Experience in large-volume surgical environments with 75-100 cases per day

Additional Notes
- Must provide available interview times; manager will reach out to schedule
- All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
- Scrub color provided: Ceil Blue
- Floating to other units/departments, including occasional assignments at satellite campuses, may be required
- Travel restrictions: No travelers from within 60 miles; local travelers (60-80 miles) will receive a reduced rate of $8/hour
- Note if previously employed by Sanford Health (must have end date at least 6 months prior to submission)
