Full-time, Days shift, 16-26 week assignment, travel nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
- Float to different units as needed to meet patient care requirements.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and facility protocols.
- Complete thorough documentation of patient care, including all required employment history and facility details.
- Work every other weekend, maintaining consistent quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including LTC experience.
- Current BLS certification through AHA.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to float across different units and facilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in LTC/SNF settings.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably.
