Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week travel contract, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to ER patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with patient assessments, triage, and stabilizations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as ordered.
- Perform advanced procedures such as intubations, conscious sedation, and stroke management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in Meditech system and adhere to hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN license (no temporary licenses accepted).
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certification.
- TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system.
- CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification.
- Knowledge of sepsis, stroke protocols, and chest pain management.
- Ability to float and adapt to different ER units as needed.
