Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services specializing in hand diagnoses and splinting.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients requiring hand therapy.
• Document therapy sessions and patient progress in compliance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize provided equipment during therapy sessions.
• Follow facility dress code and protocols on the first day of assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license.
• Experience in setting and providing hand therapy, including splinting.
• Ability to make splints and perform hand diagnoses.
• Must be able to complete documentation related to therapy sessions.
• Willingness to work day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of therapy modalities related to hand diagnosis and treatment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
