Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
- Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and patient-focused skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are a plus.
