Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the clearance packet prior to start.
• Assist in setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas.
• Follow all licensing, credentialing, and facility protocols.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Active physical therapy license in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience in setting up and performing physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Credentialing requirements as specified during onboarding.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior work experience in a similar outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with ATI systems and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
