Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with team members to coordinate care.
• Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure productivity expectations are met, averaging 12-14 patient visits per day and approximately 60 visits per week.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, with prior approval for overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willing to accept new graduates.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Effective time management skills and ability to handle a busy outpatient caseload.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy background.
• Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs without float requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
