Job Title
- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 16-32 week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care in a Long Term Care/SNF facility
- Administer medications and treatments using EPIC system
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and patient transports
- Manage IV pumps and assist with respiratory support as needed
- Float across units as required, covering various shifts and holidays
- Ensure compliance with dementia-capable care standards and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience
- Recent EPIC EMR experience (within past 2 years)
- Ability to work all holidays and flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation (public transit not available)
- Willingness to float across units and handle a diverse patient population
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Dementia-capable care certification preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience
- IV certification for LPNs
- Experience with post-acute skilled nursing rehab
