Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure efficient and effective patient treatment.
- Document patient care and treatment accurately and timely.
- Respond quickly to urgent and emergency situations.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency department nursing experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work night shifts and travel for 13-week assignments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a community hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking and patient management skills.
