Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
- Lawrenceville, GA
- Full-time, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
- Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical (Med Surg) unit, following hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and coordinate with healthcare team members.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Assist with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and post-operative care.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical or similar specialty.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Neurological Institue Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Patient Acuity Levels and Longitudinal Staffing Standards (PALSS) certification preferred.
- Experience working in a hospital setting during high-volume and holiday seasons.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
