X-ray / Radiology Technician
Location: Seaside, OR
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily X-ray exams, in accordance with physician orders.
• Float between different units as needed, providing flexible patient care coverage.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures using the facility’s electronic charting system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and department policies to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a radiologic technologist.
• Proven competency in performing diagnostic X-ray procedures.
• Ability to operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to different unit requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a critical access or small hospital setting.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health record systems.
• Basic understanding of outpatient and inpatient radiology workflows.
