Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with current standards and departmental policies
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress
• Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate care with other healthcare team members
• Document patient records accurately and maintain compliance with documentation standards
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring quality care and support throughout treatment
• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate professional staff, support staff, volunteers, and students within the department

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Current knowledge of physical therapy standards and practices
• Experience with patient assessment and treatment planning
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff and students
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
