Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to create and review treatment plans for patients.
• Utilize advanced imaging and planning systems such as Aria, TrueBeam, and Siemens CT simulator.
• Perform dose calculations and optimize treatment plans for various cancer types including breast, lung, brain, prostate, and others.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and ensure accurate patient setup and treatment delivery.
• Conduct chart checks and assist in procedures like SBRT, IMRT, and respiratory gating.
• Work efficiently within a team to treat approximately 20-30 patients daily while ensuring quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dosimetrist.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification required; ARRT Radiation Therapist preferred.
• Experience with adult outpatient treatments, tumor localization, CBCT, TrueBeam, ARIA, and related treatment planning systems.
• Proficiency in handling treatment of various cancerous and benign conditions, including limitations on certain patient diagnoses.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced clinical environments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with SBRT, respiratory gating, and advanced treatment techniques such as IMRT and Tomo Therapy.
• Knowledge of Radiation Safety protocols.
• Prior experience working during holiday schedules or in a team setting with float requirements.

Note:
- RTO (Request to Return to Office) is not permitted after booking, and on-site work is not required.
- This role allows starting directly at the clinic without extensive orientation or dimensions training.
- During the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, work includes the Sunday before the holiday, with the clinic closed the following Friday to allow staff and patients family time.
- Flexibility for occasional float to sister sites if needed, and contract staff may be required to participate in emergency storm or disaster teams.
