• Full-time, Day shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehab and geriatric setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid North Carolina Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent PT experience in a rehab/geriatric setting
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in skilled nursing or senior care facilities
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards in a geriatric population
