Occupational Therapist
Location: Tullahoma, TN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 13-week assignment, Dayshift, M-F, 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation and geriatrics setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of recent occupational therapy experience in a rehab or geriatrics environment
- Valid Tennessee occupational therapy license
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
