Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups in a busy hospital environment.
• Manage complex medical situations, including care for special populations such as cancer, sepsis, and behavioral health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a STEMI and stroke-certified facility.
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and policies, including attendance and punctuality standards.
• Complete required compliance and licensing assessments on time.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience, preferably in emergency or acute care.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS certifications.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records.
• Prior work in STEMI and stroke centers preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in cath lab, women’s health, or stroke units.
• Ability to handle high-acuity cases involving complex medical emergencies.
• Flexibility to cover evenings, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
