Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of license and under appropriate supervision, adhering to established protocols.
• Administer emergency medications in accordance with Wyoming State regulations for Paramedics.
• Perform thorough, population-specific patient assessments, establish care priorities, and deliver appropriate treatment.
• Accurately document assessments and treatments using the WATRS reporting system in compliance with Wyoming statutes.
• Maintain ambulance and station readiness by ensuring cleanliness, proper stock levels, and equipment functionality.
• Assist with medical treatments of patients in other departments as directed by providers and RNs within Wyoming’s scope of practice.
• Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time, personnel, and resources to meet departmental goals.
• Perform other duties assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Paramedic license or certification in Wyoming.
• One year of paramedic or emergency medical service experience.
• Ability to administer emergency medications and perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Experience with documentation systems such as WATRS or similar.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and state regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior work experience in an ambulance or emergency response environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and manage high-pressure situations.
