Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type:

Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12s or 4x12s (approved)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Float between multiple facilities as needed, including both inpatient units.
• Monitor and respond to patient telemetry and clinical needs, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Cover a variety of units, including post-op, neuro spine, general surgery, wounds, and diabetic care.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Certifications: NIH, ACLS, BCLS.
• Previous telemetry or acute care experience required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Familiarity with adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Experience with post-operative, neuro spine, and general surgical patients.
• Flexibility to float across units and facilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
