Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic exercises, modalities, and progress documentation
• Support patient recovery and enhance mobility through therapy interventions
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate progress to supervising therapists
• Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Proven experience assisting in patient rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or similar healthcare environments
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches to diverse patient needs
