Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in various service lines including Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Eyes, and Plastics.
• Independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques, and managing surgical instruments and supplies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Peri-Operative 101 Certification required; CNOR certification preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple service lines including Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Eyes, and Plastics.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior OR nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and protocols for diverse specialties.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
