Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician to deliver quality patient care.
- Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision in a modern, rural hospital setting.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, preferably in Med/Surg.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with both adult and pediatric patients.
- Comfortable working three 12-hour night shifts per week.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to a rural healthcare environment.
