Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership to ensure the safe delivery of patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and skills development.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff based on their education and experience.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care in the Emergency Department.

Required Qualifications
• Current TN RN license or multi-state license (must be attached to resume).
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association (must be attached).
• Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Room RN experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a community hospital or similar setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
