Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week contract, days shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with rotating weekends and once-per-week night call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) to patients.
• Float among multiple facility units within the Austin market as needed.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient care during dialysis treatments, including set-up, monitoring, and post-treatment assessments.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support patient needs outside regular hours.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas or applicable state.
• At least 1 year of recent acute dialysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with hemodialysis (HD), peritoneal dialysis (PD), and CRRT.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days and on-call shifts.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in multi-bed dialysis units with advanced equipment such as Tablo, Prismax, or Amia.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Meditech.
• Ability to adapt to different unit policies and procedures.
• Flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
