Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the operating room, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.
• Oversee patient flow and triage incoming requests to prioritize care effectively.
• Administer medications, assist with procedures, and perform treatments following safety guidelines.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding of care plans and health promotion.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, medical staff, and external providers to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Demonstrate independent functioning with minimal supervision and uphold quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a compact state.
• Minimum of one year operating room experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to obtain necessary computer skills within 90 days for online training and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in high-volume surgical settings preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
