Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate during cesarean sections and assist with high-risk OB patient care
- Provide labor and delivery support, including newborn stabilization and postpartum care
- Manage patient documentation using electronic systems such as EPIC
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Support patient comfort and safety during labor, delivery, and recovery
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arkansas or Compact state RN license
- Active BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical nursing experience in Labor & Delivery
- Experience circulating in C-sections preferred
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Level 1 trauma experience
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
- Experience with high-risk OB patients and neonatal stabilization
- Ability to start IVs and perform venipuncture on moms and babies
