Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and functional tests to assess patient respiratory function.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress throughout treatment.
- Perform phlebotomies and IV starts/removals as needed.
- Educate patients on administering treatments and utilizing respiratory equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures related to respiratory care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a critical access hospital setting.
- Strong patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
