Key Responsibilities

• Perform a minimum of 20 screening mammograms daily in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Ensure all mammograms meet American College of Radiology (ACR) standards and adhere to MQSA regulations.
• Operate diagnostic mammography and specialized equipment, including Hologic Dimensions systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality control records to ensure compliance and readiness for inspections.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and patients, providing excellent communication and patient care.
• Provide coverage at sister facilities as needed, including occasional float assignments within scope.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of mammography experience.
• ARRT (M), SCRQSA (M), and SC state license in good standing.
• Current mammography certification and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proven expertise in operating Hologic Dimension mammography equipment.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and precision in positioning and imaging.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or mobile mammography settings.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and adapt to shift changes or overtime.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse patient populations and team members.
