Key Responsibilities
• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer and other diseases, ensuring precise positioning and safe delivery of treatments.
• Educate patients about their treatment plans, potential side effects, and monitoring reactions during and after treatments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement accurate radiation treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and licensing requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment procedures and patient responses.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiation therapy preferred; will consider candidates with less experience.
• Experience with Linear Accelerators, specifically Varian TrueBeam.
• Proficiency with CT Simulation, including Biograph mCT experience.
• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensure.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a dosimetrist role within a radiation oncology setting.
• Strong understanding of radiation treatment planning and patient safety protocols.
