Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Rotating shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level IV NICU setting, including premature and critically ill infants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient status, administer treatments, and respond to emergencies in a high-acuity environment.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols, including documentation and infection control standards.
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility needs, including coverage during holidays and weekends.
• Support family-centered care and provide education to families of neonatal patients.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in a Level IV NICU; Level III experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Valid South Carolina or multi-state/compact RN license.
• BLS and NRPL certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with infants on ECMO/CRRT or surgical support.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records.
• Ability to float within scope and adapt to diverse clinical situations.
