Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care within the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document clinical information accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in ICU, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Prior hospital nursing experience.
- Ability to float to other units as needed (pending).
